will assist you in identifying potential problems before they occur, and offers plans to correct the flaws and mitigate any potential disasters.

110- POINT CHECK

COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Depending on the type of service plan you select, your dedicated service professional will perform a 110-point inspection on your home, systems and appliances. This comprehensive service covers the entirety of your home, and includes system tests and basic maintenance, including battery, light bulb and filter replacement. This service is a thorough examination of HVAC, attic and crawl spaces, batteries, electrical, all exterior, roof, gutters, chimney, security system, garage, doors and windows, all appliances, plumbing, venting, and more.

20- POINT CHECK

MONTHLY CHECK-INS

Depending on the type of service plan you select, your dedicated service professional will perform a 20-point maintenance service that is designed to prolong the life of your home and its systems, increase the value of your property through thorough documentation, and keep your home comfortable and cared for.
This service also aids in the routine maintenance that comes up through living day to day in the home.

As a standard procedure for all services, you will receive an email report so you can keep up with the service in or out of town.

*Disposables will be billed to client at cost if purchased in advance to be used on visits. *Holiday Lock-N-Leave™ visits are billed at an adjusted rate.

* For additional work that requires a third party vendor on repairs and/or any additional work that is requested by customer outside the scope of the Waterside HMC plan, a 12.5% fee will be added to the cost and billed. Waterside also reserves the right to charge an 18% fee on any remodel or renovation work that exceeds a normal repair or replacement job. This fee covers: The convenience of having only one point of contact to take care of all work crews. All scheduling, project management, price validation, bid negotiation on customer’s behalf, job site supervision, vendor validation, vendor qualifying, reporting, travel time & warranty accountability.

Inspecting your home and completing monthly home improvement projects will keep your maintenance schedule on track and easier to manage. Follow this comprehensive home maintenance checklist each month to help save time and money:

  • Clean the furnace filter to remove dust build-ups, make it easier to regulate your home’s temperature, and ultimately decrease energy bills.
  • Check the water softener and replenish salt if necessary.
  • Clean faucet aerators and showerheads to remove mineral deposits.
  • Inspect tub and sink drains for debris; unclog if necessary.
  • Test smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and all ground-fault circuit interrupters.
  • Inspect electrical cords for wear.
  • Vacuum heat registers and heat vents.
  • Check that indoor and outdoor air vents are not blocked.
  • Flush out hot water from the water heater to remove accumulated sediment.
  • Clean the garbage disposal by grinding ice cubes, then flushing with hot water and baking soda.
